Earlier this year I compiled a list of quilts that I wanted to make using fabric already in my stash. I have hosted several swaps over the last year and the fabric is piling up, so I really need to do something with it. As lovely as the fabric in the LQS is, I can’t justify buying any more unless it’s to finish a current WIP, PIG or UFO. This list also includes a couple of UFO’s that I have lying around.
I was shocked when I looked at the completed list. I don’t know that I could complete the entire list in 10 years much less the 365 days that I was shooting for. But as the saying/question goes, “How do you eat an elephant…..”
So here’s my list. It is my intention to blog about my projects as I work on them and get them completed. I will also post any insights I have into patterns that may make it easier for y’all to work on yours. Oh, and I probably won’t work on these in any particular order. I get frustrated and bored rather easily. Which is why I have so many UFO’s. And sometimes I just have to let them simmer on the back burner of my brain while I figure out how to finish them.
